Delivery Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Before sending any goods back to FAZ Uniforms, please read the following procedures carefully to ensure you get your credit quickly and accurately.

 

  1. Credit will not be raised on goods after 14 days from the invoice date.
  2. Claims for undersupply (shortages), or incorrectly delivered stock (wrong items) must be requested in writing within 48 hours of receiving goods, a copy of FAZ Uniform’s invoice must be provided.
  3. Please check your stock carefully before enhancing (decorating) the product. If the goods are embroidered, printed, the label changed, out of it is an individual wrap or in any way altered or enhanced, no credit will be issued and the goods will be returned.
  4. If the goods are required to be delivered to (or picked up by) a third party (eg. Your printer, embroider, etc.), it is your responsibility to make sure they check the goods before any enhancing.
  5. Before sending goods back to us please fill in the Return Authority Form and fax it to our RA department together with a copy of FAZ Uniform’s invoice. We will then issue a Return Authority Number. Unless it is FAZ Uniform’s fault, goods will be returned at your cost. You will need to keep a copy of the return freight consignment details.
  6. Goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted from the couriers, so please quote our RA# clearly on the consignment note and on each shipping carton and your company name.
  7. FAZ Uniforms will start processing your credit claim once we received your return. If you have not received our credit note within 7 days, contact our accounts department to follow through for you.
  8. Return for credit samples or your customer’s cancelled orders are strictly limited to fourteen days from our invoice date and must obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
  9. Return for credit will attract a $10 restocking fee plus outwards freight cost. This Policy will not apply to incorrect/faulty delivery made by FAZ Uniforms.
  10. RA Numbers are issued ” Subject to the following conditions”: If the reason for return is found not to be true or goods are not packed properly, FAZ Uniforms reserves the right to cancel A number and goods will be returned at your expense.
  11. RA form must accompany retuned goods.
  12. RA form must be completed clearly and must state a reason

 

 

Privacy Policy

FAZ Uniforms collect information from you when you register on our site. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, customer number or e-mail address, credit card details (for purchasing our goods or services ).

Use of personal information

Any of the information FAZ Uniforms collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To place your order
  • To improve our customer service team in processing your order and send confirmation of your order
  • To process the transaction and deliver your order your information, will not be exchanged, transferred, or given to anyone without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
  • The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information, your order status, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product etc.
